ChatLog 隱私權政策

本政策適用於 ChatLog 的四個瀏覽器擴充功能（Claudelog、ChatGPTlog、Gemilog、AIModeLog）以及 ChatLog 檢視器。

一句話說明

所有資料都只留在你自己的電腦上。作者沒有伺服器，不收集、不接收、也看不到你的任何資料。

只有在你按下擴充圖示時，才會讀取你目前打開的那一段對話。
讀取的方式是使用你在該網站（claude.ai、chatgpt.com、gemini.google.com、Google 搜尋 AI 模式）已經登入的身分，向該網站取得這段對話的內容與圖片，跟你自己在網頁上看到的是同一份資料。
對話裡的圖片，會從該網站使用的圖片網址下載。
為了在側邊欄顯示「已抓過」的小方塊，擴充會看側邊欄對話列表裡的連結，跟你電腦裡的紀錄比對。這只在你的瀏覽器裡進行，不會讀取對話內容，也不會傳到任何地方。

對話檔：透過瀏覽器的下載功能，存成你電腦裡的 .json 檔，位置由你決定。
「已抓過」紀錄：為了在網站側邊欄顯示小方塊，會在你的瀏覽器裡記下「哪些對話抓過、什麼時候抓的」。這份紀錄存在瀏覽器為該網站保留的本機儲存空間（localStorage）裡，只在你這台電腦、這個瀏覽器。你可以在面板的「進階」裡選擇「不要記錄」，或「清除所有紀錄」。
資料夾同步：如果你使用「從資料夾同步」，擴充只會讀取你親自選擇的那個資料夾裡的對話檔，用來補上「已抓過」紀錄。讀取在你的電腦上進行，不會上傳。為了保護你的檔案，瀏覽器不允許擴充選擇整個「下載」或「桌面」這類大資料夾，請另外建一個子資料夾（例如「下載\chatlog」）來放對話檔。
ChatLog 檢視器：完全離線執行。開啟、編輯、匯出都在你的瀏覽器裡完成。購買金鑰只存在你的瀏覽器裡，用來判斷是否已解鎖，不會傳送到任何地方。

This policy applies to the four ChatLog browser extensions (Claudelog, ChatGPTlog, Gemilog and AIModeLog) and to the ChatLog viewer.

All data stays on your own computer. The author runs no server and does not collect, receive or have access to any of your data.

An extension reads the conversation you currently have open only when you click its icon.
It retrieves that conversation's content and images from the website (claude.ai, chatgpt.com, gemini.google.com or Google Search AI Mode) using the account you are already signed in with. This is the same data you see on the page.
Images in the conversation are downloaded from the image addresses the website uses.
To show the saved-conversation marker, the extension checks the conversation links in the website's sidebar against the records on your computer. This happens only in your browser; it does not read conversation content and nothing is sent anywhere.

Conversation files are saved to your computer as .json files through the browser's download feature, in a location you choose.
Saved-conversation records: to show a small marker in the website's sidebar, the extension records which conversations you have saved and when. This record is kept in the browser's local storage for that website, on your computer and in that browser only. You can turn recording off, or clear all records, under "進階" (Advanced) in the extension panel.
Folder sync: if you use "從資料夾同步" (sync from folder), the extension reads only the conversation files in the folder you choose, in order to restore saved-conversation records. This happens on your computer; nothing is uploaded. To protect your files, browsers do not allow extensions to access broad folders such as your whole Downloads or Desktop folder, so please create a subfolder (for example Downloads\chatlog) for your conversation files.
The ChatLog viewer runs entirely offline. Opening, editing and exporting all happen in your browser. Your license key is stored only in your browser, to check whether the viewer is unlocked, and is never sent anywhere.

Send your conversations, records or any other data to the author or to any third party.
Use analytics, advertising, tracking scripts or tracking cookies.
Sell, rent or share any user data.
Modify or delete your conversations on any AI website. The extensions contain no code that modifies or deletes conversations; they only read them.

activeTab and site access: used to read the conversation you are viewing when you click the icon, and to show the saved-conversation marker in the sidebar.
downloads: used to save the conversation as a file on your computer.
Site access for image hosts (ChatGPTlog, Gemilog, AIModeLog): used to download the images in a conversation and include them in the saved file.
